Waste Management Software

Anyone have a time-management/diary software recommendation?

I am looking for something to help me transition from the college/slacker time schedule. I want a small application that I can put on my phone or flash drive (so that it’s personal), so I can record messages to myself about when I waste time and how and set reminders to do things (like dishes and chores).

I have been searching for this for years but I mostly use mansorganizer. and sometimes Microsoft Onenote. The cool thing about mansorganizer is that it will take images from your phone and if there is text inside the picture, it will be searchable also. mansorganizer is like a scrolling piece of endless paper and everytime you add a note, it adds a timestamp on it.
