Can an employer deny an ex-employees’ request for timesheets?
I am currently going to court against an ex-employer for unpaid wages but he is refusing to give me a copy of my timesheets and my application is this legal? if not what can i do?
He can give them to you freely or you can petition the court to subpoena the records . He can do it the easy way or the hard way. You did not say if the labor and wage board was involved or if you were just taking him to small claims court. Hope this helps.
