Scheduling Management Software
call management software and call queue/call recording software?
I’m looking for some sort of call tracking software. This software would be so that after one of my employees talks to a customer basically they would document what happened on the call and it would be accessible by every employee who deals with answering phones. Also I don’t want something like Outlook or e-mail or Word Processing and I would prefer if it was free or under $50. I’m also looking for a software that can help to manage phone queue’s and help route calls like say we were backed up with calls I can manually give a call to an employee to take. I also want a service to record calls for quality and training purposes. I’m also looking for an appointment scheduling software, I would like it if this was all free or under $50 each.
I suggest you take a look at IVM. It is a very robust piece of software that can help with some of the things that you are talking about and is probably worth looking into more. It has “auto attendant” features so it can help direct phone calls and facilitate transferring phone calls when connected to your PBX. It also logs all calls and has several other features so it might be a step in the right direction if I understand what you are asking for. Here is a link so you can take a closer look:
