What does this sentence mean:?
While Google allows marketers to plow money directly into their system by opening up their API, Baidu still routes everyone through the same low-voluem system. I have heard of at least one advertising specialist who has hacked a software tool to get around the limitations of the Baidu system, to allow more efficient management of ad campaigns than the Baidu system allows.
There are two sentences there… and they mean exactly what they say – they couldn’t be any clearer.
