How to distribute workload in a project management?
I working on this assignment, and in one of the questions, I have to determine how work is distributed in software project, i.e, who does what.
The tasks are:
1)system requirements
2) system design
3) coding
4) unit testing
5) software integration
and the employee positions are:
1) new hire Software Developer
2) experienced Software developer
3) senior Software Dev
4) Very senior Software Dev
Can anybody help me out… I have no clue how to how divide the work… I mean any level of developer could do those tasks…
