Marketing Resource Management Software
Business Plan for a specific IT Practice within a large corporation.?
I know how to put together business plans but I am looking for a template specific to writing a plan for an IT Pro Services, Managed Services and Hardware/Software Practice/Business within a much larger entity (an $80 Million biz within a $15 Billion dollar Corp). We depend heavily on the larger corp but need to define a plan to meet revenue targets as a smaller entity. We are a Technical Sales team but have separate Product, Marketing, Services, Governance divisions. But our management wants to see a plan that leverages those separate groups but is driven by the core sales team. We are no self-sufficient but should are able to dictate what these other teams provide to us. Any help in this area would be helpful (eg. who has done it effectively, business plan templates, other resources). Thanks
