Leads Management Software
can anyone recommend a good online scheduling software management system?
we need a system to provide 5 different departments w/unique needs but all regarding scheduling and resevations.
I am currently looking at www/gobookingssytems.com
they are very helpful and seem affordable.
we are a non-profit farm that has been around since the 60′s and need to update our system, as we are in the heart of silicon valley!
any leads would be great!

There are several methods of scheduling. Since your organization is managed as divisions I would recommend Microsoft SharePoint 2007. There are 2 different affordable options available to you. The first is contact your IT department and ask them if your organization runs Windows Server 2003. With this licensing SharePoint is a free technology available to you at no additional cost. You can also obtain what is called a Hosted Option for as little as $39 a month thru a Microsoft Gold partner Apptix. That is a great option. They offer the first 30 days free with no obligation. There is installation or configuration required to help you.

Should you want a professional services company to help you with a quick 5 day turn around to customize or train end users there are several Microsoft partners. Tallan, Resolute, INS and a ton more offer deep discounts for non profit organizations. You can even hire direct consultants. I hope that helps.
