Calendar Management Software
Seeking a (online?) software tool that lets you manages mail, calendar, tasks, notes, etc.. all in one?
Is there a software tool (online perhaps?) that integrates all common used personal information services into one place that would then allows you to manage, utilise them in one place easily..
Basically a PIM tool (Personal Information Management) i require:
- emails,
- calendars
- tasks,
- notes,
- project management
- etc…
Currently i have hotmail which i use for emails but i don’t like its calendar as i cannot sync it with many devices..(mac for e.g.)
Also, Have gmail which i specifically use for calendar so it can be synced with iCal.
Microsoft Entourage 2008 on a mac allows you to do just what i want but i don’t like its User interface and there’s a lag in performance…
any suggestion would be great…
If you are wanting an all-around tool that works with Hotmail, you can download Windows Live Essentials. It’s free and I use it because currently, it is the only way to sync your Hotmail account to an external email program. If you want a completely web-based program, check out Google Apps. I use it for my business account and it rocks! The calendar is intuitive and it comes with 100s of apps for just about anything. It’s free and if you were really wanting to sync it up with your Hotmail account, you could have it download via POP to your Gmail inbox (Hotmail doesn’t currently support IMAP).
